X2CrNiMoN18-12-4 introduction :
X2CrNiMoN18-12-4 is a nitrogen alloyed austenitic stainless steel having high nitrogen content than other austenitic stainless steels. It has higher yield and tensile strength than 317L. This low carbon grade steel provides resistance to sensitization during welding and thermal processes. Low carbon content in its composition makes the alloy resistant to inter granular corrosion. It also offers excellent corrosion resistance to organic, sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
